hi eric,

i've checked this again, and the input/output octects as sent by m0n0wall 
are picked from the ipfw rule which causes the client box to bypass the 
captive portal. these don't discriminate between port numbers, and thus 
capture all IP traffic.

has anyone else seen this behaviour ?
