Please search Google and/or the list archives prior to posting (Google
has the list archives indexed).  Google search of 'm0n0wall ipsec
performance wrap', and what do you know, here's the first result.

Neither of those connections is going to be fast enough to overwhelm a
WRAP even with a decent amount of VPN usage.  I run a Soekris 4501,
much slower than a WRAP, on a 4 Mb cable connection with 4 site to
site VPN's that get used pretty heavily and I experience no
performance degradation at all.
