Actually, if you haven't found http://www.wisp-router.com, you should check 
them out.  They currently have over 100 WRAP.1D1 boards in stock, and you 
can buy them with either direct power, or a POE adapter.  I have been very 
pleased with turnaround, service and availability from them.
