This seems to be an issue with GFI LanGuard. I've noticed the same
when scanning internally while *all* those "open" ports never were
open.

If you like you can give me your IP address and I will scan it for you
with a somewhat recent version of nmap. If you do, please provide me
with some information that I can be sure I'm scanning your system and
not some innocent bystander's one :-)
