Yes there is a section under Dhcp called Deny unknown clients, when hat is
checked you will have to add the rule to the section to the bottom of that
page and add only the mac address you specify

I want to set so that only a specific MAC ID is allowed to use an IP address
(whether it is DHCP or Statically set). I have the IP set as a persistent
DHCP
IP address, but I dont think that will filter it if some random person sets
that IP address as a static.

Is there any way either through the GUI or exec.php that I can achieve this
kind
of a filter?
