Anyone else using M0n0wall as their bigpond router. ??

Im having lots of problems with my router and bigpond connection..

if I plug in direct to my modem (to desktop pc) it works fine
but as of 3 weeks ago... my monowall stopped working
before that it was fine..

what its doing, is that it works fine for 10 min after a boot up..
but then after about 10 min my data rate drops down to near nothing
and I start getting huge packet loss...
then I reboot and its all fine for a while

anyone else got this ??
